How Long We Keep It

We retain your contact details only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were provided — typically the duration of any project or enquiry. If no working relationship develops, we delete enquiry data within 12 months.

Fehu WA Concierge

Fehu WA Concierge is an AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot we build and operate for holiday let and hospitality businesses. Guests message a WhatsApp number and receive automated replies based on property-specific information — check-in details, local recommendations, FAQs, and so on.

What data is collected

  • Your WhatsApp phone number
  • The messages you send to the bot
  • Timestamps of your interactions

No other personal data is collected. We don't ask for your name, email, or payment details through the chatbot.

How it's used

  • To understand and respond to your questions automatically
  • To keep track of the conversation within your current session so replies stay relevant
  • Property owners may review conversation logs to check the service is working correctly

How long it's kept

All conversation data is automatically deleted after 7 days. This is built into the system — there's no manual step involved, and no data is archived elsewhere.

Third parties involved

To deliver this service, your messages pass through the following third-party platforms:

  • Meta / WhatsApp — message delivery infrastructure. Subject to Meta's own privacy policy.
  • Anthropic — the AI that generates responses. Your messages are processed by their model to produce a reply. See anthropic.com/privacy.
  • Netlify — hosts the Fehu website (not the chatbot itself).

The chatbot itself runs on a private VPS (virtual private server) that we control. Conversation data is not shared with any advertising networks or sold to third parties.

Your rights

Because data is deleted automatically after 7 days, there may be nothing left to access or erase by the time you ask. If you'd like to discuss your data or have any concerns, email us at info@fehu.net.
