Plain English for the jargon
- Schema
- Hidden tags that tell Google and AI things like your hours, services, and address in a format they can read directly.
- Semantic HTML
- Code that names things correctly — a button is a button, a heading is a heading. Its boring, but its essential.
- Metadata
- The summary of each page that shows up in Google results and link previews on WhatsApp, iMessage, and social.
- Lighthouse
- Google's free site-quality test. Scores out of 100 on speed, accessibility, best practice and SEO. We aim for 90+ on every build.
- LCP / CLS
- "Largest Contentful Paint" and "Cumulative Layout Shift". How fast the page shows up, and whether it jumps around as it loads. Both affect Google's rankings.
